Elderwise wins national Innovations in Alzheimer's Caregiving Award
Elderwise is pleased to announce that we are a 2021 recipient of the national Innovations in Alzheimer's Caregiving Award presented by The Rosalinde and Arthur Gilbert Foundation, Bader Philanthropies, Inc., and Family Caregiver Alliance. In the category of Creative Expression, we were chosen because we “deliver a state-of-the-art program that addresses the needs of caregivers and those they care for living with Alzheimer's disease or a related condition.”
Elderwise is presented in the award’s Digital Scrapbook along with two other winning organizations at the University of Chicago and Sunnyside Community Services in Queens, New York, we received a $20,000 grant. This grant will be used to support all of the Elderwise programs. It is an honor to be recognized for our over 25 years of dedication in this field.
