Shipping will normally take 5-7 business days once shipped, but can take longer depending on the carrier delivering your purchase.

Shipping costs depend on the size of the piece you purchase, and your location. Details on shipping cost is outlined in your purchase. Shipping costs are additional to the retail price.

Returns

As a general rule, Elderwise does not allow refunds or returns. This includes purchases, event registration, and donations among other payments except for those outlined below.

Damage

In the unfortunate event where products arrive damaged and/or faulty, please contact Elderwise within 24 hrs of the receipt of products.
